To represent the company’s new internal values, icons were initially required to illustrate each of these. This then expanded for the need of a staff engagement campaign thus a ‘care package’ was created and sent out to all employees.
Working alongside my team, I provided creative direction ensuring that we were embracing the company’s existing branding whilst exploring the need to tweak for internal purposes. This led to the creation of a design system that has subsequently been used by the in-house design team to help ‘brand’ up all internal initiatives.
